Do I need to know how to code to use dotpy?
No. Pipelines are built with guided forms and drag-and-drop blocks, reports by dragging fields and forms by dragging questions. If you know SQL you can write your own, but you don't have to.
Where can dotpy bring data from?
Spreadsheets and CSV files uploaded in the console, Google Sheets, and PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. If your company uses another system, tell us when we talk: the team will find the best way to bring that data in.
How is dotpy billed?
Through a fixed-term contract with a monthly invoice that adds up the month's storage and processing. The console shows usage throughout the month, and you can pay the invoice right there, by Pix, boleto or card.
Can the price change during the contract?
Prices are reviewed on the dates set in the contract, and any adjustment is announced in advance, before it takes effect.
Is my company's data kept separate from other companies'?
Yes. Each company has its own environment, with its own address, and one company never sees another's data. Data is encrypted and every access goes through a secure connection.
Who on my team can see what?
You set access by person and by console page, and you can restrict reports and boards to specific people or teams. The RACI matrix shows who owns and who approves each process.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The console adapts to the screen, forms can be filled in on a phone and task board cards can be dragged with your finger.
Is the AI available yet?
Not yet: it's in development. When it arrives, it will answer questions about your reports while respecting each person's permissions, without using your company's data to train models.
How do I get started?
Talk to the dotpy team using the button at the end of this page. In one conversation we learn about the data you use today and set up your company's environment.
