dotpy

security and privacy

Your company's data stays your company's

dotpy was designed to hold business data: each company has its own environment, each person sees only what they need and every change is recorded.

One environment per company

Each customer's data, pipelines and reports live in a separate environment with its own address. One company never sees another's data.

Encrypted data

Every access goes through a secure connection (HTTPS), and data is encrypted where it is stored.

Access by person and by page

Decide who can view and who can edit each area of the console. Reports and boards can be restricted to people or teams.

Two-step verification

On top of the password, anyone can require a code from an authenticator app to sign in.

A history of everything

Every pipeline version, every change of owner and every access grant is recorded with date and author.

Clear ownership

With the RACI matrix, every process has an owner and an approver. When an approver is set, only they can publish changes.

secure ai

AI that respects permissions

When AI arrives in your console, it will follow the same access rules as your team. Nothing your company stores is used to train models.

  • Your data never leaves your tenant and never trains third-party models.

  • The AI only sees the reports each person is already allowed to see.

  • Every question is logged with who asked it.

Start with your tenant

Tell us a bit about your company. The dotpy team will reach out to set up your data environment.
